「ノースショア日本語学校」 はシドニー在住の有志のボランティア(保護者・教員)が、その子供達の日本語と日本文化の継承を目的に、新しい日本語の土曜学校を設立します。子ども達の日本語能力と日本文化理解促進のために、NSW教育省のCommunity Languages Schools Program規定内のコミュニティー・ランゲージ・スクールです。 この学校では、子供達が、日本語や日本の文化を勉強しながら、日豪理解や異文化への理解を促進すると共に、将来活躍する国際人としての幅広い教養と心豊かな人材となる素地を育成することを目標としいています。

One of the more adventurous things you can do while visiting Japan is to partake of the delicacy called fugu, or puffer fish. This little fish may not seem dangerous but if you eat the very poisonous part you will die. Of course there is a safe way to eat fugu, that is if it is prepared by a licensed fugu chef. Of course, it wasn't always that way... |

Golden Week (ゴールデンウィーク, Gōruden Wīku?), also known as Ōgata renkyū (大型連休, Ōgata renkyū?) or Ōgon shūkan (黄金週間, Ōgon shūkan?), is a Japanese term applied to the period containing the several public holidays. It is the most popular time for Japanese to travel, so it is better not to visit Japan around that time due to overcrowding and inflated prices. |
